These transparent dampers are intended for compatible printer ink-delivery systems using supplier-listed I3200-A1, XP600, F1080-A1, and 4720 printhead configurations. Installed between ink tubing and the printhead manifold, the damper supports controlled ink delivery and filtration while allowing technicians to inspect ink movement and trapped air. The supplier lists I3200-A1, XP600, F1080-A1, and 4720 systems. Manifold, tube size, and ink delivery must also be checked.
The small connector is listed for 4 × 2.5mm tubing. The big connector is listed for 4.2 × 2.8mm or 4 × 3mm tubing.
Measure the existing tube's inner and outer diameter and compare the replacement with the existing part. A technician should confirm the version.
It sits between ink tubing and the printhead system to support controlled ink delivery and filtration.
Do not assume this. White-ink circulation and pressure requirements can differ.
It may help when poor supply, trapped air, leakage, or blockage is the cause. It will not repair electrical failure or nozzle-plate damage.
